Refunds Policy

When you sign up to work with me, you are committing to making changes that are needed for you to achieve your oral health goals. Healing your teeth and gums may bring up uncomfortable emotions and resistance, so you need to be certain that you are ready to do this work with me.

Change of Mind

I do not offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully before you purchase a single session or a package of sessions. If you cancel before our first (or single) session there will be a 50% charge because I have held the space open for you and I haven’t been able to book other clients into that time.

Once a coaching package has commenced, there is no refund available. There are no quick fixes and you will be making gradual changes that may improve your oral health over time. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree that this is reasonable if I am to assist you with carrying out your intention to heal your teeth and gums and hold you accountable for the healthy habits that will enable healing.


Results are not guaranteed. Results may (and do vary) as we are all individuals and are bodies respond differently to different techniques. I cannot guarantee that you will be able to completely heal your teeth or gums, or avoid a filling, root canal, extraction or gum surgery. There are too many factors involved that are beyond my control, including genetics, lifestyle, family circumstances, subconscious belief systems and more.

If I feel that your circumstances are beyond the scope of service that I provide or if I feel that you are in need of some professional assistance, I may recommend that you see a qualified dentist or other practitioner, and I will help you to find a suitable professional.

My role is to recommend new healthy habits and to support you to practice them persistently so that you can heal your own mouth.  Natural oral health coaching is designed to take you from where you are now, to where you say you want to go.  I will support and assist you along the way, but you are ultimately responsible for your own actions and results.

While I can provide support and guidance, it is up to you to consider the information that I provide and then take action. Transformation comes from the application of the information – just knowing is not enough.


However, if an issue arises and you are concerned about, or unhappy with, our work together, I will meet with you to discuss your concerns and attempt to negotiate a win/win solution.  In this situation, please contact me via email so we can arrange a time to discuss your situation on a video call.

Similarly, we will meet to discuss your concerns if your circumstances have significantly changed since you signed up and you find that, despite your best efforts, the timing is not right for you to continue our work together.  If we both agree the timing is not right for you to continue, then you must give me one months’ notice to cancel our contract. There will be a $30AUD administration fee and, if you have paid in advance, I will issue a pro-rata refund

If for any reason, I cannot fulfil my responsibilities to provide the service you have purchased within the timeframe agreed or renegotiated, I will issue you with a pro-rata refund for any unused sessions. 

Cancellations, reschedules  and no shows

If you are late, the session will still conclude at the designated finishing time. 

I will wait for 15 minutes and attempt to contact you with a reminder before I will consider a session to be unattended and, consequently, forfeit. 

If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide me with 24 hours’ notice so I can open that slot up to another client. Please be aware that if less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, the session will be considered as forfeit and no refund or reschedule will be allowed. Exceptions may be made at my discretion, in outstanding circumstances only.


Coaching takes place online through Zoom. My Zoom details will be provided in your booking confirmation email. To access our Zoom Room, click on the link in the confirmation email at the appointed time.

If a poor internet connection interrupts or disrupts an online coaching session to the point where it cannot continue at that time; or if illness prevents me from attending a session, then we can reschedule the session to another time that suits us both.

You can email me any time with questions and I will reply within 48 hours 8am-4pm Monday to Friday. If for some reason I will be out of email contact for longer, I will try to let you know in advance.


Single sessions must be paid for in full prior to the delivery of the session.

Coaching packages are recommended as holistic healing for teeth and gums is a gradual process, requiring sustained attention over time. By purchasing a package you are making a commitment to your oral health. Packages are discounted to reward your commitment.

If you are not ready to fully commit to a coaching package you are welcome to book single sessions and pay the full price to work at your own pace.

Payment plans for coaching packages are available on request. Payment plans incur extra administrative costs for me and are priced accordingly.

Payment plans must be kept up to date for coaching to take place. It is your responsibility to ensure payment occurs on time and your details are up to date. Please be aware that sessions will not be conducted unless your payment is up to date. 

If you do not ensure that all payments are up to date, your scheduled session will be forfeit. If payment is forthcoming within 48 hours of the missed session, then I will reschedule. Even if a session is forfeit you still must pay for it as part of the package cost. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree that this is reasonable, as it reflects the time that I have held open for you, which could have been used to assist other clients.

Having said this, I understand that emergencies do happen, so if an unexpected situation arises that affects your ability keep up with your payment plan please contact me and we may be able to negotiate an alternative arrangement. 

Security Policy

Online payments are accepted via PayPal or Stripe.  I keep no personal records of customer credit card details.  Credit card details are entered directly into the payment platforms and immediately encrypted for client security.  The last 4 digits are made available for the client to distinguish which card has been used for payment, but no other details are available due to encryption.  If you have any concerns, please consult the security policies of the relevant payment platform.

How we deal with problems

I may share files with you to download from G-Drive. If you don’t know how to direct download a G-Drive link, it is your responsibly to let me know so I can provide instructions on how to do so.

If you are concerned that you are not receiving my emails, please notify me and I will resend. If you still don’t receive emails, it is your responsibility to provide me with an alternate email address.

If my internet cuts out during a session, I will endeavor to call you via phone or Facebook messenger to continue the session. If we are unable to continue, we will reschedule the remainder of the session for a future day.

Similarly, if your internet drops out, we can continue by phone or Facebook messenger. The first time this happens if we are unable to continue via on an alternative platform,  I will reschedule the remainder of the session for another day. However, please be aware that if a session is interrupted more than once, you will forfeit the rest of the session. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a reliable method of contact to allow us to work effectively together.

In the event that I am unwell and I need to cancel a session, I will notify you as soon as possible and we will reschedule.

If you are unwell and fail to provide 24 hours’ notice, I will reschedule once. If it happens again, your session will be forfeited (at my discretion).

If you forget about a scheduled session, the session is forfeit.  To reduce the risk of this happening I send two reminder emails, one 24 hours prior to the session and the second email one hour before.

 If you feel that there is a major problem with my services, please notify me in writing so that I can have clarity around what you’re feeling.  This needs to be done as soon as you become aware that there is a problem. It is your responsibility to tell me if anything is not working for you, or if anything is coming up for you, or if you have any concerns.

The sooner you bring it to my attention, the sooner we have the chance to work through it and resolve it together.

Coaching Disclaimer

This disclaimer relates to my Holistic Teeth Health Coaching service, which includes the provision of education, advice and support regarding diet, exercise, hygiene; information about the risks and alternatives for different dental interventions; and information about alternative and complementary therapies to support dental health. 

The purpose of Holistic Teeth Health Coaching is to educate adults about alternative and complementary approaches that support effective self care of teeth and gums and encourage an active, aware alliance with dentists and other health professionals who provide them with dental health services.

When choosing to act on information and advice that I provide, you need to consider your other health issues and personal circumstances. It is very important that you do your own research to confirm whether acting on this advice is appropriate for you. You agree to take full responsibility for your own health and well-being.

While some people may experience immediate or very fast improvement of their dental problems after applying holistic strategies, this is not true in all cases. There are many factors to take into account which can reduce the effectiveness of a specific course of action.

My ability to provide information and advice most appropriate for you and your needs depends on you not withholding information about your health and dental history, past and present lifestyle etc.

It is important to take a baseline measurement of your current dental health before starting any of the actions. You should regularly assess changes in your teeth and gums.  This can be with photographs, dental x-rays, measurements, color charts and pH testing.

If your teeth and gum health deteriorate, or pain persists you should seek advice from a dentist or a doctor.  Holistic Teeth Health Coaching is not a substitute for seeing a dentist, dental hygienist or a doctor.

SUITABILITY This service is suitable for adults who are familiar, and comfortable, with taking responsibility for your own health using complementary health strategies and who have chronic or current problems with their teeth and gums.

I do not provide coaching directly to children under 16.  If a parent wishes to consult me about their children’s teeth, I will work collaboratively with the parent to identify suitable holistic strategies for the parent to try with their child.
